Common questions

Subscription or PAYG — which should I pick?

Subscribe if you scan consistently every month. PAYG gives you 30% extra credits with no commitment, which is better if your usage is bursty.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Subscription credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allotment. PAYG credits never expire.

Can I do both?

Yes. PAYG packs stack on top of subscription credits in the same balance. They’re spent first-in, first-out.

What happens to credits if I cancel?

Credits already in your balance stay. Monthly refreshes stop on cancellation.

Need a custom plan?

Higher volume, team seats, custom sources, an SLA — write to sales@cerna.app.

Need help moving from subscription to PAYG?

Cancel the subscription from the customer portal and buy a credit pack — your existing credits stay.

What payment methods?

Card via Stripe. Invoicing on custom plans.

Refunds?

Unused credits within 14 days, yes. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
